D179 Blue-eyed Grass All the pieces making up this marquetry picture are dyed poplar. This wild grass has delicate little blue star-shaped flowers in spring. Available for sale. |

D174 White Camellia Sprig The flowers in this picture are holly. The pieces of veneer were dipped in hot sand, which faintly charred the edges. This gives the flowers and leaves an almost three dimensional look. SOLD |

D111 Arizona Wyethia 8" x 10" picture size 12" x 14" framed size The background veneer is eucalyptus. The flower is made of different dyed veneers. The "pencil" sketch of the second flower and leaf is done by scoring into the background veneer with a craft knife, creating a subtle image. SOLD |

D164 Red Rose The leaves of the rose are yellow polar and turtleback poplar on a maple pommele background. The rose petals were created by using different species or red woods like Indian rosewood, makore and cherry. Available for sale. |

D130 Asiatic Lily The lily is maple pommel. The shading in the center of the flower and the tips are done by charring the veneer in hot sand, thus creating shadows.
